
The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized the Inaugural Function of the Association of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, “KRATU’25” on August 23, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM in the DC Auditorium. The Chief Guest of the occasion, Mr. Pranav Singanapalli, Founder and CEO of Emote Electric, Coimbatore, delivered a guest lecture on “Sustainable Mobility through Efficient Battery Storage and BMS Integration”. He gave an inspiring talk, sharing his journey of building the company and developing affordable electric vehicles. He highlighted his products, namely SURGE and the LCM–135 model and also discussed the in-house manufacturing of BMS motors at his company. Further, he elaborated on the batteries used in his vehicles, explaining their storage capacity, design and running time. In addition, he interacted with the students about placement opportunities and shared valuable insights to guide their future endeavors. Finally, the student association bearers took charge of their respective responsibilities.
